These are the things in my wishlist that, I am proud to say, I’ve already scratched out.

• Go outside Luzon. Before The summer of 2011 (May), I never got the chance to go outside Luzon. And then I had to go to a national press confab. I went to Initao, Misamis Oriental and stayed there for a week. Then in Cagayan de Oro (The City of Golden Friendship), I stayed alone in an inn for a night before my flight back to Manila. It’s fun walking around that part of Mindanao even when you’re alone. I also got the opportunity to go to Samar and Leyte on November 2012 for the Invite the Author segment of this blog.
• Get published on a travel magazine. I was an intern at Side Trip Travel Magazine. It’s a bi-monthly magazine here in the Philippines. I got published in the Cordillera and Rizal issues (March-April and May-June issues)
